I am a licensed clinical psychologist experienced in providing psychotherapy across many different levels of care (outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, and inpatient) to children, adolescents, and adults. I completed my postdoctoral training and started my postdoctoral career as a staff psychologist at McLean Hospital's acute psychiatric care programs (ART and BAPP) in Belmont, MA. While there, I provided individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents struggling with a wide range of challenges, including suicidality, self-injurious behavior, identity changes, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and personality disorders. During this time, I also opened my private practice, maintained a faculty position as an Instructor at Harvard Medical School, and supervised doctoral trainees and practicum students.

After eight years at McLean, I transitioned to full-time private practice where I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I currently offer individual psychotherapy specializing in adolescent and young adult mental health care, and help my patients navigate the many transitions and challenges related to relationships, academic and social pressures, independence, identity, and self-esteem that are unique to this time period. I strive to offer a non-judgmental therapeutic environment that encourages patients to speak openly and honestly. I am sass and saltiness certified.
